US Orders:

Free Shipping on US orders. If a customer wishes to expedite shipping through another carrier and or service, additional charges will apply. All packages will come with tracking.

Overseas Orders:

We offer complimentary free shipping on international orders over $95. Shipping prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier in check-out.

International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.

Order Processing Time:

Orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and sale days) to process before shipping.

Order Shipping Cost:

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select.

During checkout, customers can calculate an estimated arrival date from the options provided. 

Refund:

We do refunds for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to. We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, please provide us pictures of damaged or wrongly sent item to taj@zurhy.com. We’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
